• 2 - 3 years relevent experience
• General administrative work
• Handle handle full set shipping document. Familiar with Excel. 
• Liaison with internal departments and forwarders
• Well-operated on electronic declaration system (Tradelink)
• Prepare POs, invoices and maintain sales records
