ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Manage shipping team all process, responsible for performance/people management/EHS/6S, ensure dept. KPI achieve company target.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor shipping team daily performance to ensure dept. KPI achieved.
• Regular review & analysis shipping data to help the team make process improvement achieve ELS request.
• Support & drive dept. internal and across dept. cooperation/meeting/workshop/project
• Quickly follow up with business/employee case, ensure all shipping event under normal process.
• Manage teammate performance with regular review, ensure a stable and active team.
• Participate in company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• College or above education background, at least 3 years related business and management experience with working experience in overseas investment enterprise.
• Good English reading and writing skill.
• Strong customer service concept and teamwork, good at innovation/kaizen.
• Good plan, problem analysis and solving skill.
• Good express & communication skill, willing to work under pressure of business/people management.
