SHIPPING

?Push fty send booking application to forwarder according to ship date. Push factories provide shipping documents for payment and custom clearance,make sure all format and info are correct and match requirements.

?Contract forwarder to get all copy of B/L after ETD.

?Collect complete documents from both forwarder and fty ,and send it to NJO.

SALES CONTRACT

?Work with factories to confirm new order about qty ,price ,ship date and all details.

?Push factories sign back the order after confirmed.

?Send orders to merchandiser in SHO with no price version .

?Let buyer know purchse order stutas clearly so they can negotiate and finalize issues with vendors.

Requirements

With associate degree or the above; Major in foreign trade or relative is preferred ;

大专或以上学历,，国际贸易或相关专业

Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook & Excel.

良好的计算机技能，能熟练运用word, outlook 和excel

Good command of English in reading and writing. CET 4 is a must, CET 6 or the above is a plus.

良好的英语读写能力：需持有CET4或以上证书

Good communication skills with the ability to work with different factories.

良好的沟通技能，能和不同的工厂打交道

Strong sense of responsibility, good team player and can work under pressure
