A very large manufacturing company in consumer electrical appliances, with more than 20,000 workforce in Southern China. They are currently looking for a Shipping Manager with manufacturing background to lead the department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and supervising the Shipping Department and coordinating with internal parties in arrangement of shipment schedule and related customs declaration
• Negotiate terms and conditions with forwarders for better services and pricing
• Coordinate with different parties regarding shipment arrangement, such as custom declarations
• Provide solution to any issues relating to logistics and distribution

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistic / Supply Chain Management
• At least 10 years relevant working experience at managerial level in manufacturing of electronic products
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure & regulation, L/C & banking document handling and Tradelink declaration
• Solid PRC exposure
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Pleasant, meticulous and self-motivated
