Responsibilities

• Liaise with Vendors, shipping company and Internal team to arrange shipment;
• Responsible for handling import/export documents, shipment and logistics arrangement;
• Coordinate with forwarder for delivery arrangement;
• To follow up on sales contracts, purchase orders, shipment booking and scheduling, tender documents
• Able to handle full set of shipping documents;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required;
• Work in Eco Park in Tuen Mun 

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or Higher Diploma or above.
• 3 years working experience in shipping department of a trading company;
• Proficient in MS office, including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing.
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and with sense of responsible.
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Salary: $15,000 per month
