任职要求

Requirement:

• 国际贸易、物流， 报关相关专业

Major in international trade, logistics or customs declaration.

• 熟悉报关单证的制作与归档

Familiar with making and filing of customs declaration documents

• 熟悉报关、商检、核销、电子口岸、软件操作等相关知识

Familiar with customs declaration, commodity inspection, verification, electronic port, software handling and other related knowledge.

• 熟悉出口退税申报流程，有一般纳税人企业及出口退税工作经验者优先录取

Familiar with export tax refund declaration process, experience with general taxpayer enterprises and export tax refund are preferred.

• 熟悉不同产品的海关编码和退税率，有这方面的实务操作更佳。

Have practical experience with HS code and tax refund rate of various products

• 持有报关员资格证优先考虑

Having customs declarer certificate is preferred

工作职责：

Primary Responsibility:

• 负责出口报关单证（合同、发票、箱单，报关单等）的制作和存档，做到单证齐全、单物相符。

Responsible for making and filing export declaration documents (such as contracts, invoices, packing list, declaration form, etc.), make sure all documents are ready in time and correctly

• 负责与海关，商检部门联系，确保所有进出口相关事务操作合法有效。

Responsible for contact with customs and commodity inspection departments to ensure that all import and export related matters are handled legally and effectively.

• 负责出口退税单证的收集、整理及审核，协调各部门及时准确地完成退税申报

Responsible for collecting, organizing and checking export VAT refund documents. Coordinating related departments to complete tax refund declaration timely and correctly.

• 熟悉出货的流程并解决出货流程方面的问题

Familiar with the shipping process and solve the problems during shipping process.

• 其他常规性船务工作
