Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties for shipment & local transportation follow-ups
• Handling I/E procedures, L/C documents with good shipping knowledge
• Negotiate with forwarders/distributors for better services and pricing
• Maximize freight consolidation efficiency and cost saving
• Set up operation procedure and review KPI to improve the process flow
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of shipping experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Excellent knowledge in I/E procedure & regulation, import duty, incoterms, L/C & banking document handling and Tradelink declaration and ERP system
• Able to identify risk and issue related to shipping and logistic function
• Experience of using MS excel, word and pivot table
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibilities, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
