Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Supply Chain Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing reporting and analyzing data used to communicate supply chain performance across the Eaton organization. This determines stock required to meet customer needs and works with team members to meet customer requirements, and understand what are the urgent needs per department for shipping ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and analyze reports to drive action for production planning, manufacturing, and shipping teams to meet customer OTD, Safety Stock and sales order fill rate. Active team member; capable to persuade non-subordinates to execute plans as needed to meet internal and external customer’s business process, and escalate to management any potential risks as necessary. Identify inventory, process deficiencies and works with the various functional areas as needed to drive action for results. Provide monthly reports to the customs teams in regard to product that is shipped to the facility and provide a cross analysis of any discrepancies between product that should have arrived vs. product that did arrive. Develop delivery performance data by customer - material and provides performance results to the business partners. Provide weekly/monthly summaries to leadership team as required. Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals. Perform other projects, analyses and data extraction as assigned. Help the team complete tasks along with self-assignments Travel to the warehouse site in El Paso, Tx when necessary for business purposes #LI-SL4 Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor Degree 3 years of experience working in the related field of supply chain Experience in data analysis to determine accuracy/integrity, and identify necessary actions to enhance completeness of data delivered in the reports and dashboards. Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely, and to communicate clearly to management and peers Bilingual English/Spanish Manipulation of excel and any Microsoft office tools Ability to work under pressure Ability to travel to the USA (Visa) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Knowledge of ERP systems and the processes/data they support preferred.
