Position Description: Delivering mechanical structure analysis reports, and the mitigation solution/plan to fix mechanical structure defects. Capable to evaluate mechanical structure by FEA tools (LS-Dyna, Hyperworks and Abaqus), and offering the design risk assessment report. Implement reliability testing via structure equipment (Shock Table, Vibration Table, Package Drop Machine, spectrum analyzer and relative equipment, etc…). Validation test support includes material preparation, system setup, schedule tracking. Developing cushion design and packing for server/storage devices. Training lab assistant to execute mechanical reliability validation on-site. Build and maintain structure and packaging relative Spec/SOP/WI. Mechanical relative research and workshops. #### Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer, mechanics, or equivalent experience beyond. 3+ years of experience in mechanical development, structure analysis, FEA, or packaging development. Familiar reliability validation testing and the industry spec in the mechanical structure field. Familiar vibration theorem and enable for spectrum analysis by acquisition facility. Comfortable presenting to technical audiences in English language. Strong relationship management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of a matrixed organization.
