Position Description: My team is growing its in-house design capability, and I am looking for an advisory engineer with server design experience, and project team leadership experience. My team is part of the Data Center Group responsible for  cloud service provider server development at Lenovo. We work with peers across worldwide design centers to share common building block designs, and deliver high quality products to Tier 1 customers. Responsibilities include : Responsibility: 1\. Package design (EPE, Carton and Label): Responsible for server package design, lead and fulfill all package related design review, cost evaluation and sample qualification. 2\. Documents maintain: Responsible for package related documents include carton spec, EPE spec, label spec, package design/sample review checklist etc. 3\. Defect management: Responsible for drop and vibration related defects troubleshooting from design to maintain. Leverage supplier resource to give a right solution for the defect. 4\. Responsible for package update and maintain in product lifecycle, assessment, management and control EC of package parts. 5\. Package supplier management: Responsible for package supplier audit and manufacturer procedure and quality control management. 6\. Technical capability development, e.g., Fan/HDD/chassis dynamic problem analysis and design, BGA strain. 7\. Structural CAE for products design and issue solving. · Shock & Vibration experiments execution #### Position Requirements: Requirement: 1\. At least 3 years package design experience. 2\. Familiar with system reliability validation, like drop, vibration, shock test etc. 3\. Familiar with the CAD tools: Pro E, CAD, Illustrator. 4\. Fluently English communication skill. 5\. Bachelor degree or higher in package engineering. 6\.
