Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day shop operations management;
• Lead, supervise and coach unit team members to maintain high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and standard;
• Motivate teammates to drive sales with the support by the marketing and promotional activities of the Group;
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards;

• Requirements:

  At least 2 years related hand-on experience with 1 years supervisory level in F&B;  

• Strong communication skills in spoken English. 
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Positive, energetic and passionate for food;
• Service and customer oriented;
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong
• 9 hours straight shift from 6:30am - 3:30pm and 12:30pm - 9:30pm
