Job Descriptions:

• Ensure the daily operations are smooth and efficient
• Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer service experience in line with company standards
• Provide training and coaching to all staff members to ensure the quality and consistency of service
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement the marketing plan
• Perform specific duties as assigned by Director of Operation
• Shift duty is required

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage industry and with solid experience at supervisory level
• Pleasant, outgoing and passionate about providing truly outstanding hospitality and F&B experiences
• Strong leadership and management skills to coach and motivate your team
• Excellent command in English/Cantonese/Putonghua. Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage
