Responsibilities:

• To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Oversee the daily running of the operations
• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of customer service
• Evaluate the manpower planning  
• Contribute and implement marketing programs  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance
• Strong leadership and people management skills

Candidate with less experience could be considered for Sales role
