Main Accountabilities /Key Tasks
Being responsible for developing Friso Gold category strategy and provide the guidance of brand development priority based on differentiated channel drivers, shopper insight and category data analysis
Assist shopper marketing lead to set clear by channel promotion guidelines
Assist Shopper marketing lead of Setting objectives and priorities with relation to the various channels and monitoring the correct execution and effectiveness of the trade marketing programs
Assist Shopper marketing lead in budget allocation, management and ROI improvement
Initiating, managing and reviewing key TM programs according to aligned KPI and timeline;
Acting as the Category expert and information center in the organization
Generating regular reports and reviews on key projects;
Build up the communication platform with regional/KA trade marketing, to get regular feedback from channel and customers.

预算,forecast等。理论上两个渠道都要能够了解,但没有的话线下经验丰富,有很好的传统tmkt经验(品牌渠道策略,预测,预算管理)
数据能力强; 强的策略思考能力和数据解读能力; 对于活动roi分析,投资有效性的分析这些都要比较清楚
Knowledge
? At least bachelor degree, master degree/MBA is a plus.
CET >=6, good in written and oral English
IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
Fluent in English (min. Level 6 CET) and in Mandarin
Professional skills in Excel and Power Point is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales functional, in which minimum 3 years in trade marketing roles. Category management experience is preferred.
Experience in IFT or baby care industry will be preferred.
Deep insight of (Chinese) Trade Marketing & Sales, Category, Channel dynamics and business development;
