Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
REQUIREMENTS
- Day to day preparation and monitoring of inventory of the card room and gaming pits
- Card replenishment processes to and from gaming pits
- Destruction of gaming cards
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure that the distribution and destruction of cards is performed in accordance with agreed secure procedures and policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely communicating with the card room supervisors to ensure the complete security control of the card storage areas and replenishment process.
- Work as a team to ensure the effective storage and efficient distribution of playing cards.
- Ensure minimum disruption to customers while completing the card run.
- Help ensure all Inventory balance records across the card storage areas are accurate by completing physical checks on a regular basis.
- Inspect quality of the decks.
- Assist in the Card Room with various duties, such as removing of rubbish bags, re-filling of trolleys and moving boxes from the Store Room to the Card Room.
- Reponsible for card destruction in a safe manner.
- Keep Card Room clean and tidy.
- Diligently follow instructions from the Card Room Supervisors.
- Able to follow all the policies and procedures within the card room environment and within the duties of the role.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity of a card room environment and card replenishment process is preferred
- Willing and able to lift and carry heavy equipments when required
- Basic Mathematics required
- Knowledge of the Playing Card Management System (PCMS) would be preferred but not essential
- Macau resident
