Salesforce is the globally used CRM platform for Siemens with more than 19.000 users in over 90 countries. We are looking for the SieSales Service Manager to: Organize and run IT services activities for the SieSales platform. Ensure smooth ITIL based service processes, like incident management, request fulfillment, change management or operational task management Closely cooperate with our globally positioned service partners Run the SieSales continuous improvement program to enhance the IT service for the SieSales application Closely cooperate with business partners to ensure common understanding of IT service quality and to ensure adequate communication with more than 500 SieSales champions worldwide Steer the IT Service specific communication to partner Ensure close controlling of IT service budget and ticket volume / structure Use your skills to move the world forward. You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar You have many years of experience in delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT enterprise environments and with external System Integrators. Experience in CRM services and sales processes, knowing Salesforce/SieSales, Eloqua or Sales-Planning services You have proven ability to understand and translate IT service requirements into specifications with the needed curiosity to question things. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts. You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization. Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills. Business (contract and negotiation) fluent in English, German is a plus. We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
