IT Quality Tech Lead Analyst position is available within TTS and Securities Services Sales technology to manage/support functionality being developed using Siebel CRM, Java/J2EE and Microsoft technologies for the Sales to Fulfillment platform. The position requires an understanding of Citi’s products and services as well as ability to proactively and effectively manage key projects. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of management required. The CRM team is working on Siebel CRM product to deliver a new User Interface, ICG 2 Day onboarding, Implementation tracking, Lead Management and Deal Review functionalities globally. A Sr. Quality Tech Lead position is available to support the global rollout of these critical initiatives and support the rollout of 2 Day onboarding globally. This role requires strong knowledge in Sales Pipeline, Sales to Implementation handoffs, Implementation and operational workflows. The candidate in this position will play a key role in supporting these initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge in Content Management, Test planning, design, implementation and working on functional and performance automation tools. The position will require working directly with the Business, developers (onsite / offshore team members) and regional partners to coordinate the deliverables. The position will require interaction with global teams and needs to be based in Jersey City, NJ to interact with the development team and also participate in regular meeting with clients in NY.

Responsibilities:

• Performs functional, automation and regression testing and all Initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. The specialists will also work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
• Responsibility:
• Conducts a broad range of complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments.
• Follows industry quality trends; applies to current environment as appropriate. Interacts with various levels of management; communicates technology level process changes.
• Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully / clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle.
• Monitors products for conformance to standards; monitors processes for conformance to procedures; identifies risks; ensures annual organizational reviews of standards and procedures are conducted.
• Documents findings and performs root cause analyses. Recommends solutions and improvements to existing standards and procedures; collaborates with other areas in technology to develop new standards and procedures.
• Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented and completed.
• Verifies traceability in project work products.
• Gathers, maintains and reports on quality metrics.
• Acts as advisor and mentor for junior members of the team.
• Analyze requirements and Execute tests, document testing requirements and processes for all applications to ensure QA policies and standards are met.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

* Experience in Analysis, Design, Testing and Implementation (all phase of Software Development cycle - SDLC)

* Very strong functional knowledge of Siebel CRM toolset

* Strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

* Knowledge of Sales (Opportunity), Implementation Tracking (Order Management), Deal Review (Solution configuration), Marketing, Lead Management modules in Siebel CRM

* Communicate effectively with business to be able to translate the business requirements

* Provide Master test plans for new enhancements

* Design test strategy for major and minor projects

* Coordinate between Business Analysts, Dev and QA teams

* Translate high-level requirements into business use cases and scenarios.

* Lead and facilitate test design sessions

* Strong technical background in test Automation tools like HP Universal functional testing and Selenium

* Technical knowledge of performance tools

* Skills in working on test management tools like JIRA, HP Quality center

* Assess and communicate issues of technology impact on the business and apply a broad knowledge of technical functions to accurately anticipate impact

* Provide stats report to improve performance & usability across the processes.

* Understand the different aspects of business; participate in the requirements definition

* Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

* Minimum 12 years working experience out of which minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial industry

* Functional Knowledge in Enterprise Application: Siebel Industrial Application 8.1.1/8.1.1.4/Innovation  Pack 2016.

* Functional Knowledge Siebel integrations with other enterprise systems (Salesforce, IBM BPM)

* Experience in Test planning and effort estimations and of large scale applications

* Experience in working with Test management tools like JIRA, HP Quality center

* Experience in working on functional test automaton tools like HP Universal functional tester, Selenium

* Experience in creating Test plan, Test strategy and functional flow documents

* Knowledge of performance testing tools like Load runner, Jmeter

* Knowledge of VB script, Java for functional automation scripting

* Knowledge in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript

* Knowledge in XML, Web Services SOAP testing

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree in Technology, MIS, CIS, CS, or Math;  Master’s degree preferred
