Ltd. located in Xi’an, specializing in railway signaling products and systems. we are looking for Mechanical Research & Development Engineer. What are my responsibilities? - Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of EHS System, establish and improve the safety production ledger and file. - Responsible for the implementation of national and local EHS laws and regulations and Siemens EHS related requirements in the company, and conduct compliance assessment. - Assist in the establishment and improvement of the safety production responsibility system, organize or participate in the formulation of EHS rules and regulations, operating procedures, organize the review meeting and update related items timely, supervise and check the implementation of the rules and regulations. - Assist in formulating EHS training plan for employees, organize training and carry out assessment. - Responsible for the promotion of safety culture construction activities, organizing and carrying out activities such as production safety month, energy conservation and environmental protection. - Assist in the promotion of EHS risk management activities of the company, carry out hidden danger investigation and put forward suggestions for improvement. - Assist the relevant departments to formulate corrective measures for the identified problems and supervise the implementation of the rectification work of hidden accidents. - Supervise the implementation of hazard source safety management measures, organize all departments to carry out risk analysis, and formulate risk control implementation plans. - Supervise the implementation of standardized management requirements, improve the safety production information announcement, occupational hazard publicity, safety warning marks, etc.. - According to the principle of "three at the same time", participate in the design review, completion acceptance and trial operation of new, renovation and expansion projects in terms of safety, occupational health, fire protection and environmental protection. - Assist in formulating and revising the company's emergency rescue plan for major accidents, and organize and inspect the drill; Strengthen the company's emergency rescue team, plan system and rescue materials construction. What do I need to qualify for this job? - Bachelor degree, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering or related. - 3-5 years EHS experience, foreign company experience is preferred. - Familiar with EHS laws and regulations. - Have ISO14001, 45001 and 50001 internal auditor qualification, registered safety engineer is preferred. - Excellent teamwork and communication skill. - Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
