Ltd. located in Xi’an, specializing in railway signaling products and systems. we are looking for Facility Management Engineer. What are my responsibilities? - Implements equipment preventative maintenance of all current facilities per SOP and keeps all utility equipment in good condition for operation. - Establishes and maintains an efficient support system to ensure the machine performance, provides solutions to handle related technical problems, improves performance and condition of machines, tools and equipment. - Provides air-condition, water, electric power, natural gas and compressed air by installation, modification related utility systems and be responsible for reconstruction of all buildings. - Considers new optimization and improvement projects associated with utility facilities for increasing capacity or for energy savings. - Technical coordination of facility management or facility services. - Fire protection system and security system maintenance and improvement. - Makes monthly report about status of utility facilities. - Coaches and guides maintenance workers to do daily maintenance work of facilities with related regulations and procedures. What do I need to qualify for this job? - College graduated, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related Science. - Above 3~5 years working experience in a comparable position. - Holds required certificate for operation the special equipment. - Be able to lead a small team. - Basic English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
