Ltd.) located in Xi’an, specializing in railway signaling products and systems. we are looking for Customer Service Engineer. What are my responsibilities? - Takes the overall after-sales responsibility for the assigned customer. - Supports project products/systems supervision, installation and commissioning, trial running, opening and acceptance according to project schedule. - Supports to solves failures/quality problems in operation. - Conducts regular service visiting and collects product quality issues and product improvement issues from customers. - Provides the professional training regarding products know how, site maintenance etc. to customers. - Prepares relevant documents and instruments in advance for the customer service. - Ensures personnel safety during on-site service work. - Supports the failure analysis for mechanical products and prepare the failure report to the external customer. - Applies, delivers, and receives the components based on the company process. - Manages the mechanical products which are used in projects, initiates and tracks the returned & repaired process internally. What do I need to qualify for this job? - Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacture and automation, railway signaling etc. - 1 year after-sales working experience in industry field. - Be able to travel frequently. - Basic English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
