Design/analysis of mechanical structure and parts for PM motor
负责永磁电机机械结构及零件的设计和分析
Participate in mechanical parts localization and DTC.
参与支持机械零件的国产化以及DTC的工作
Response for prototype making
负责样机的制作
Responsible for part of tasks on product engineering,
负责部分产品工程的任务
Participation in test and result analysis/judgment of motor
参与电机测试及试验结果分析与判定
Partecipate in multi-national team
参与跨文化的团队合作
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其它任务

Job Requirement 职位要求

Bachelor degree and above, major in mechanical engineering related
大学本科学历及以上，主修专业机械工程相关
More than 8 years of experience in PM motor mechanical design
在永磁电机机械设计方面不少于8年工作经验
Familiar with the GB/ISO/EN standards of road vehicles
熟悉道路车辆的标准，GB/ISO/EN
Familiar with TS 16949, candidate from auto industry will be preferred
熟悉TS 16949, 候选人最好来至于汽车行业
Experienced in motor automatic assembly will be preferred
最好有电机自动化装配经验
Experienced in production and quality problem solving
在解决生产和质量问题上有一定的经验
Skilled with mechanical design software such as NX, mastering of TC (team Center) is preferred
熟练使用画图软件，如：NX, 最好能够掌握TC的使用
Good English skill
具备流利的英语能力
Complete assigned tasks independently with high quality.
能保质保量独立完成岗位相关工作。
