Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry day -to-day production according to specification, requirements and customers’ recipes
- Order ingredients
- Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle pastry preparation
- Reorganize refrigerators and entire section, fill up stocks items up to par to work on all necessary arrangement for upcoming pastry preparation
- Inspect the kitchen equipment are in function and call suppliers for repair work in any situation;
Requirements
- With more than 3 years of related pastry working experience
- Creative and quality-oriented team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in leading subordinates is an advantage
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
- Work independently
- Working time: 9 hours per shift
