The Signal Integrity Laboratory Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating complex analog and mixed-signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for analog and mixed-signal electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
• Determining creative design approaches and parameters.
• Analyzing equipment to establish operating data.
• Conducting experimental tests and evaluates results.
• Applying and using independent evaluation to select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer science, or related STEM field (documentation related to Bachelor's degree completion will be required). 
• 1+ year of experience with lab equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of transmission line theory and electromagnetic field concepts.
• Experience with electrical simulation tools.
• Experience in PCB layout review and associated tools such as Allegro or Mentor.
• Experience using scripting languages such as MATLAB, Perl, or Python.
