INTEL Ethernet Product Group (EPG) looks for talented engineers to participate in cutting-edge semiconductor platform development. In this role as Signal Integrity Lead, you will be responsible for Signal Integrity aspects, compliance, and interoperability of package substrate, PCB, and system-level SI for the EPG products portfolio across PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, Clocks and Misc I/O interfaces.

Your team will be responsible for defining the design guidelines for internal and external design teams and delivering reference simulation docs for customers. You will manage and execute the team's deliveries across multiple programs, such as modeling of package substrate/PCB channels elements in 3D/2D EM simulation tools, providing models (pre-layout) for lab bench correlation, support cross-section and electrical measurements (post-manufacturing), and assessing manufacturing variation impact on channel properties.

Qualifications

� M.Sc. Electrical Engineer with over 5+ years of relevant experience OR B.Sc. with 8+ years of experience in Signal Integrity
� Strong understanding of EM concepts and transmission line theory
� Hands-on experience with EDA tools: HFSS, CST, ADS, Simbeor, or equivalent
� Knowledge of CAD tools: Cadence Allegro / Mentor Expedition, or equivalent
� Hands-on experience with one of the interfaces: Ethernet, PCIe, DDR
� Familiar with layout technics
� Excellent communication skills
