WCS silicon department is looking for a Silicon Chip Leader to lead one of its silicon chip development. We're looking for a person that has deep experience in leading successful silicon program, who can collaborate heavily across a variety of stakeholders, and can handles ambiguity. You will be accountable for one of Intel world-wide wireless silicon chip activities from concept stage, through architecture, design, verification, RTL2GDS, (synthesis, linting, DFT, STA, PnR), production testing, post silicon validation and work closely with product integration and high volume manufacturing. You will be leading a matrix group of 50 silicon engineers who develop state of the art silicon for Intel wireless products.

This position requires working with Intel WiFi/BT development teams, product system teams, silicon test and manufacturing as well as marketing and customer support teams.

Qualifications

B.Sc. EE or M.Sc EE
Proven experience of 15y in working at silicon/VLSI organizations at different roles
Excellent experience with VLSI design, verification, RTL2GDS (synthesis, linting, DFT, STA, PnR), production testing, post silicon validation
Experience with product integration and HVM is an advantage
Strong ability to lead a matrix activity, a very effective team player, a positive influencer on team morale and culture
An excellent communication skills.
Background in wireless communication is an advantage
