This is a commissioned sales position.
Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts. Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts.
Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of:
(1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long term
(2) increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
Responsibilities may include:
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer.
Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
Managing the product introduction and launch strategy across global customer base consisting of customers that may be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), distribution or major accounts.
Ownership of customer and distributor relationships globally including day to day responsibility for pricing, supply, including business planning and operations in partnership with the Business Division.
Evaluate and evangelize product and roadmap technical merits, develop ROI and TCO models and co-own relationships with customer/partner decision makers to influence the customers purchasing decision.
Engaging with end customer Research and Development teams in support of the local field sales and marketing team to lead analysis of customer requirements, usage models and platforms, driving the MRD/PRD process in coordination with other engineering support teams and securing design wins based on Silicon Photonics Division products.
Successful delivery and orchestration of PoCs, Workshops and Pre-Production Pilot implementations with customers and partners of Intel.
Provide direct technical assistance to customers and partners, interfacing with Sr. technical decision makers for Line of Business and Operational Technology Groups and representing customer market segment requirements back into the business unit for future product planning.
Be the point of contact within the Industry Technical Specialist/Intel technical sales teams for all Silicon Photonics related support.
Ensuring an inclusive work environment including development of employees and manage performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- 10+ years plus selling or leading high-performance sales teams covering major CSP and Enterprise
- 5+ Extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge of optical transceivers.
