You will be joined to system integration and validation group leading E2E radar development aspects from post-silicon toward a full sensor integrated on our customer's autonomous vehicle platforms.

As Electrical and Silicon system validation team leader you will be accountable for our BPU SOC validation from high-speed interface toward internal block stressing

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for the validation development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. This requires a broad understanding of multiple system areas I/O interfaces like SERDES, DDR4, 1GBE…, and block-level validation, requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Pre silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon test content and providing feedback for future on die debug features.
• You will be accountable for Pre silicon readiness, High-speed I/O electrical and system validation test plan, SV test macros and DFT, bring up phases and exit criteria, Setup, Automation, Analysis, and methodologies.
• In the Post silicon, test execution, results analysis and debug, You will be expected to have hand hands-on to drive sophisticated equipment and on-die silicon features and to measure the electrical performance of high-speed parallel and serial interfaces.
• You will perform statistical data analysis to compare performance against both specification and expectations across test cases defined by yourself, design, internal workgroups, industry standards and component specifications
• Define a clear plan and vision for your team objectives, Monitor and adapt changes
• Help your team to excel in executing their tasks by motivating, inspire and be a role modeling

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering with more than 10 years of experience
• Vast experience in SOC validation and Electrical validation, Methodologies, Validation flows, Debug and analysis Experience in Experienced in electrical validation of high-speed I/O like SERDES, DDR4, GBE
• 5+ Years in managing a SOC system validation team
• HO experience in lab and high-speed interface test equipment
• Good programming skills in C/C++/Python
• Manage and monitor subcontractors for electrical validation
•  Excellent written and oral communications and experience working in a cross-functional and cross-site team environment are essential.
