Technical Development of Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT).-FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects. -Simulation support for local and global product developmentprojectsand local plant.-Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency.-Cooperation with international development locations (Germany, Hungary, Hongkong, India) and national institutes.

Education:M.Sc. in Computational Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable studies Overseas experience

Working Experience:Internship in industry, project work within studies

Knowledge/Skills:Experience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS)Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work.Structured way of working and quality mindset.Good communication skills And ability to lead interdisciplinary / internationalteams.Openness for new solutions and other cultures
