Responsibilities:
 

• Supervise and monitor work quality and progress works
• Assist the Project Team to perform site supervisory duties
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
• Advise and monitor on rectification of defects
• Attend site meetings and deliver the standards to relevant parties
• Prepare relevant evaluation and progress reports;
• Construction supervision and quality inspection.  To ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant in Substructural and Superstructural works
• Experienced in Full-Cycle project management from Beginning to End stage  
• Hands-on in site inspections and site operation 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Experienced in client & contractor side preferred
• Good Command in English and Chinese 
• Immediate available would be an advantage
