We are seeking high caliber candidates at different experience levels for our company, a main contractor in Hong Kong which covers the full spectrum of building construction, A&A, maintenance works.

Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination and management of construction projects including progress, quality control and customer relations
• Interpret the implementation of design, provide onsite support during the construction phase, propose construction methods for various site activities; prepare method statements, monitor and control the progress of works and provide regular progress reports
• Planning and monitoring of cost control
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors , and all stakeholders duringthe progress of works
• Monitoring labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they meet the programme adequately
• Prepare short-term programmes, manpower, materials and plant schedules
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma / High Cert. in architecture, building, construction disciplines or equivalent
• 5 years’ management experience in building construction project A&A, maintenance project
• A sound knowledge and understanding of construction and maintenance works
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred.
