Responsibilities

• Organize site set up, e.g. apply and arrange site equipment and materials
• Plan, direct and organize project supervision team including Sub Agent, Senior Foreman, Foreman, Assistant Foreman to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements, approved method statement and program;
• Work with the project manager and team members to plan and coordinate for subcontractors’ manpower resources and equipment;
• Arrange progress meeting and manage internal sectors and subcontractors to ensure the completion of project according to the budget, program and quality;
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measurements;
• Work with the various departments to carry out inspection and self-checking in order to meet with quality, safety, environmental and works progress requirements;
• Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors; and
• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalent;
• At least 8 years of relevant working experiences in foundation / civil projects
• Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill;
• Less experience will be considered as Sub Agent.
