Handle Team of Service Engineers & co-ordinate with them for complete Site Management, Tool Box talk, Safety Assessment, Approval of EHS before deployment of Team at Site. Manage Service Order Tracking sheet & forecast Service turnover cases. Ensure fulfillment of mandatory compliance documents to make sure smoot receipt of payment from Customer. Manage Service Franchisee & regular review of their Site Performance including Evaluation of Safety, Certifications, Training Requirements Etc. Conduct Trainings & Certify Service Engineers w.r.t Product & SAFETY requirements at Site. Release Competency Matrix & periodical review of Certification Validity. Schedule & Arrange Franchise Team at Site for Retrofitting, Revamp & Extension Panel Installation Activities. Make proactive planning & arrange team for site commissioning activities. Share complete Scope Clarity, share necessary documents in SOP, Method Statement Etc. Make Cost Analysis and manage overall site activities within considered Cost. Manage Extra Claims with Customer based on time sheets & no of working days at site as per Contractual Terms & Conditions. Pre-Alignment with Sales Order Execution, Engineering & Manufacturing Team before Site Deployment to check various pre-deputation formalities. Regular Communication with Customer about site progress. Make proactive follow up with Customers for shutdown arrangement wherever supply portion is completed in all respect. Raise Service Invoices, manage site closure, handing over Etc with Customer. Deployment of Team duly following mandatory compliances, govt. guidelines, Site specific requirements Etc. Depute Team only after Valid Work Order on them. Collaborate with Regional Sales & BU Promoter Team to keep their CRM high with Customer in view of Future Business opportunities. Contribute towards identification of New Business i.e. Spare, Services Etc. by providing Recommendations, no. of Installed Base, Age of Installation Etc. Visit Sites as & when Necessary to help the Service Team. Close the Service MOM Pending Points & job closure formalities. Conduct Lesson Learnt & Regular Feedback sharing Sessions with back office execution team to avoid repetitive failures, corrections if any in design, supplies, dispatches, packing Etc. Timely Clearances of Supplier Bills & their compliances & maintain healthy relationship. Support Tendering Team for evaluation of Site scope, content and give them cost clarity, back up quotes Etc. Handle Long term maintenance contracts as per agreed KPI’s with Customer. Make sure availability of Spare Parts, Service Teams Etc as per contractual commitment to the Customer. We don't need superheroes, just super minds! This role is based in Kalwa. We are seeking for a professional with Minimum 10 Years’ experience in a similar role.
