Eaton Fuel Motion Control (FMC) Division of the Aerospace Group is currently seeking a Site Commercial Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Los Angeles, CA facility. Position Overview: This position is responsible for managing the sales objectives and contract and pricing activities for all customers. In addition, the Site Commercial Manager is responsible for managing all customer account relations and the programs that revolve around those customer accounts and providing the support required facilitating aftermarket activities, the introduction of products and systems, platform life cycle management, ensure mission readiness and availability and supporting the Product Sales Managers and Regional Account Managers at their customers when needed. The selected person will actively participate in a process to develop the site’s customer service organization, which will include realignment of management responsibilities among the leadership team. Essential Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to support the Sales business plan at the Commercial accounts. Develop & grow market share, resolve product problems, ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve Aerospace Operations profit plan objectives. Drive usage of Eaton products in all platforms. Develop programs and long-term agreements to ensure long-term strategic partnerships maintaining established, or increase, market share. Manage and direct the daily customer service workflow to achieve daily results, demand management, order management, contract flow down and communications with external and internal customers. Provide leadership for continuous improvement via the High-Performance Work Team concepts, Business Process Improvement and Lean deployment. Actively lead and facilitate the improvement efforts. Interface with key customers to develop and manage relationships. Drive improvement in customer satisfaction. Develop more strategic relationships with key customers. Lead efforts to improve employee engagement and overall satisfaction. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Participates in an atmosphere of continuous improvement through teaming efforts in order to accomplish departmental and facility goals. Works within and support compliance with FAA regulations. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years customer service, sales, or Contracts experience within a manufacturing environment. Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee Relocation is not offered for this role. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Los Angeles, CA facility (zip code 90039) to be considered. Preferred qualifications: Aerospace industry experience. B.S. in Business, Marketing, Operations, or Mechanical Engineering. MBA or Masters’ degree in related field. Inside sales/marketing experience. Government contracting experience. The expected annual salary range for this role is $133,688 – 196,075. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
