This position leads a team responsible for performing electrical installations for building automation systems. The right candidate will provide technical expertise, leadership, and accountability for all installed projects and time-and-materials (T&M) work. Responsibilities: Responsible for electrical installation work on building automation systems. Supervise, train, and mentor the Electrical Installer team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training. Schedule and assign installation tasks to the team. Work with Project Manager to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications, and cost estimates. Support project profitability through cost-containment procedures and processes. May assist sales with electrical systems estimating as needed. Qualifications: This position supports a Siemens customer who requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.
