Job Title: 财务经理 Finance Manager

Report to: 总经理General Manager / DSM亲水胶体财务总监DHC Business Controller

Business Unit: 亲水胶体DHC Hydrocolloids

Location: Chifeng赤峰

The Challenge:

• 公司现有财务软件不完善，需要增加成本模块。Incompleteness and immaturity of finance system, standard costing system is under implementation
• 帝斯曼财务报表和中国本地财务报表的差异。DSM finance reporting standard IFRS vs China local GAAP.
• 资金管理以及大量固定资产购置支出管理。Cash flow management including capex plan.
• 建立健全公司各项财务管理制度和流程，保证公司依法纳税、合法经营。Well establish finance control systems as well as process, to ensure the compliance in all laws and regulations related.
• 正确地反映企业财务状况和经营成果，提供真实可靠的财务信息和经济信息，当好领导参谋；Fairly and accurately reflect the company’s financial position and operating results, provide reliable and sufficient financial data and other information to serve better business decision.
• 通过制定资金计划，最终实现融资计划。Cash plan and management to ensure realization of financial plan.
  

The Position:

• 建立健全公司财务管理制度和内控管理流程。Establish, develop and improve the company’s finance management as well as internal control process.
• 在集团的领导下，组织编制公司年度财务预算、监督检查预算执行情况、分析产生差异的原因，提出改进意见。Instructed by DHC business unit, constitute and lead the company’s annual budget process, closely monitor the execution of budget, analyse the variances therefrom and then propose the mitigation plan.
• 编制资金计划、合理调度和安排资金，提高资金使用效率。Prepare financial plan in terms of business plan, well manage and utilize cash effectively and efficiently.
• 加强财务管理，控制成本费用。Strengthen and implement good finance and cost control.
• 加强资产管理、做好固定资产及所有物资的盘点，确保公司资金及财产的安全、实现公司资产的保值增值。Strengthen and improve asset management including stock-take of inventory and fixed assets to ensure the safety of the company's properties.
• 加强财务核算，及时、准确、完整地做好记账及各类财务报表，确保帐实相符、帐证一致。Strengthen and improve accounting and finance reporting works performing timely, entirely and accurately, to ensure accounting book and supporting documents complied and aligned.
• 负责审核各部门费用、付款、合同、订单等所有入账及付款的单据资料。Review and approve departmental expenditure, payment request upon contracts or orders with relevant documents.
• 负责对有关经营合同、订单数量、价格的审查工作。Review and monitor pricing in contracts and orders.
• 监督、管理财务软件运行情况及操作人员的控制权限，做好ERP系统后台的维护Supervise and manage finance software implementation and user authorization, and other ERP maintenance works.
• 负责协调工商、税务、银行等职能部门的协调工作。Coordinate external works interacting with commercial functions, tax authority and banks.
• 负责税务申报及完成年度企业所得税汇算清缴工作。Complete monthly tax declaration and annual tax filing.
• 领导、培训并发展下属员工，对他们的日常工作进行指导并给予适当激励，创造良好的工作环境以确保个人及团队的高效能。Manage, develop, coach and motivate subordinates, providing a positive psychological work environment to ensure greater individual and team productivity.
• 保证和财务部相关的SHE和质量方面的法规要求皆得以落实并遵守。Ensure compliance with all SHE & Q requirements and regulatory directives applicable in Finance department.
• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。Other ad hoc assignments.
  

The Ideal:

• 本科以上学历，具有较全面的财会专业理论知识，熟悉财务核算、法律法规和制度Bachelor’s degree, solid knowledge in overall accounting and finance management, familiar with accounting, tax regulations.
• 5年以上外资企业或大型生产企业的核算和管理经验At least 5 years working experiences in MNC or manufacturing company, especially in production costing and finance management.
• 良好的微软办公室软件操作经验Good computer knowledge of Microsoft office, including Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
• 良好的沟通能力，具备基本英语口头及书写能力Good communication skills, basic oral and written English
• 较强的学习能力及解决问题的能力High level of learning and problem-solving ability
• 团队领导能力Leadership skill
