Job Description
Qualification:
§University/College in Quality Management discipline or others
§Minimum work experience of 5 years in Site safety management
§Preferable with international engineering execution experience
§Training, good execution on HSE portion
§Good in HSE system
§Good facilitation, interpersonal , and communication skills
§Capability to communication in English
Responsibilities:
§Monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of the site HSE management system
§Elaboration of suggestions for HSE improvement measures with regard to construction and commissioning
§Inform the Lead Construction and Commissioning HSE about the need of modification of the existing HSE related basic documents
§Technical consulting of contractor management incl. its HSE personnel, e. g. safety specialists and safety delegates with regard to HSE
§If required, modify respectively extend the project specific HSE documents or rather initiate this
§Contribute to the implementation of the permit to work system (e. g. technical check of the work permit sheets incl. the applicable documents)
§Contribute to the check of the HSE documents of contractors (contractor's HSE Plan, risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis, etc.)
§Audit contractors with regard to HSE matters if contractually agreed
