Site Industrial Engineer, Cleveland, TN
The site Industrial Engineer has primary responsibility within the site for KPI tracking and establishing targets across several value streams. They are a leader is loss identification, continuous improvement, and problem solving initiatives for the site. The IE is central to the development of medium and long-term site strategies and impact analysis for business initiatives. The role also facilitates the launch of new innovations and products leading cross functional site teams.

What are we looking for?
•    A minimum of one (1)+ years of experience in a manufacturing organization and/or an undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline
•    Exposure to manufacturing, industrial engineering, and continuous improvement through Lean or related techniques through internships, Co-Ops, previous work experience or undergraduate work
•    Experience with managing projects and working with cross functional teams

What would be your key responsibilities?
•    Develop and track KPIs for each production line and total site
•    Site loss analysis leader utilizing statistical modelling and data analysis techniques
•    Lean strategies and problem solving development and coaching
•    Support the launch of new innovations and products through our activity management processes
•    Business case development and impact analysis for capital projects
