More about us https://www.eaton.com Site Manager (Data Centres Segment) To act as a Site Supervisor in large sites (Hyperscale Data Centers) during construction phase. Will be responsible to coordinate the daily operational works at site and lead, coach, and train as needed Eaton field service and Eaton's third-party suppliers. Critical to the mission is to ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements met. Your key deliverables: Coordinate operational works at large construction sites for Eaton projects around EMEA. Coordinate / lead Eaton service people and Eaton third party suppliers who are working on the site. Responsible for resource planning and follow up Ensures close cooperation with Project Manager at site, and service coordinator at Eaton Brings daily updates to project manager what works has been done during the day, what works was left out for tomorrow. Ensures effective use of service resources in profitable manner. Serves as testing auditor of test forms and test practices of the on-site testing/certifying /commissioning agent. Is expected to be on site as per customer schedule each workday. For example, could be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm every weekday. Is overall responsibility for leading the Eaton on-site service team, and Eaton vendor workers to follow all defined procedures so as to achieve quality, cost, delivery and employee safety goals. Coordinates with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements. Defines and helps improve all tools and procedures or processes. Organizes trainings for different parties as required. Ensures that all Eaton service works are done following the instructions to meet high quality standards. Deals with all complaints in a professional and timely manner, by involving the wider team while respecting all people on site. Willingly manages any other responsibilities and duties as assigned or agreed by Project Manager or to meet local requirements. Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) i.e. leading by example and ensuring that also own team members and vendors are following these rules. Qualifications What we are looking for: Strong electrical background, suitable education Bsc, electrical Relevant years of experience Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work Good people skills and experience of working with customers is critical. Communication skills in English a must. Other local language skills may be required for long duration work in specific locations.
