We are seeking a Site Material Logistics Professional to assist with managing materials, purchasing, production process work orders, and shipping for innovative Ultrasound products. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Site Material Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for: · Creates and confirms all production orders including repair and service orders · Manage sales order backlog including configuration checks and ship dates and process shipments · Place purchase orders for inventory items as well as MRO supplies and resolves discrepancies between receiving and payment documentation · Manage daily cycle counts and research the inventory inconsistencies and participate with physical inventory audits · Backup for material handler/shipper Required skills to have for the success of this role · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required · 5 years of experience working with materials in a production environment · Working experience with medical device manufacturing is highly desired · Basic computer skills · Competency with Microsoft Windows Office tools (Excel, Word), Visio, and PowerPoint is a plus · Knowledge of SAP · Knowledge of ERP databases At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
