Job Overview and Responsibilities:
1. In charge of field operation and keep the operation under safety, health, environment and optimization (including hydrogen peroxides, raw material storage, crude hydrogen peroxide storage tanks, LW stripping, EVCC, distillation unit, distillated hydrogen peroxide storage tanks and utilities).
2. Can control the situation in case of troubles until his assistance arriving.
3. Check records and control the process parameters to ensure a permanent link between the field and the control room.
4. Help to improve management and motivation among team members.
5. Can watches carefully over all the sectors under his responsibility with a permanent concern of the quality and consistency of the products. 6. Can watches carefully over all the sectors under his responsibility with a permanent concern of the safety of the personnel and the facilities.
7. As a member of emergency response team, he needs to take the first action from the field during an emergency case.
8. He needs to take the first action from the field in case of abnormal environmental case with an immediate report to the shift supervisor for further action.
9. Continue contribution for improvement of performance both of his team and himself.
Education and Experience:
1. College degree or above, major in chemical or relative.
2. Prefer to have minimum 3 years’ experience in chemical plant operation, also could be fresh graduated after training.

4.Proactive cooperation and achievement drive.
5.Team work spirit.
6.Initiative and accountability.
Skills:
Basic English communication both in reading and writing.
