Role Summary:
Responsible for managing software implementation and service projects. Works with GEHC employees to plan and execute projects on schedule. Responsible for the development, creation and quality of content of the HPM 2D and 3D Site Planning Libraries.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain GEHC product specific blocks, families, symbols, objects, details and metadata information.
2. Evaluate, document and communicate impact of changes to Site Planning Libraries.
3. Actively participate in the development and improvement of site planning tools and processes.
4. Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies.
5. Write project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities.
6. Communicate all project requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with GEHC staff and management.
7. Act as an effective team coordinator for all matrixed staff as needed.
8. Adopt a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and maintain a project risk log.
9. Develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible.
10. Maintain an accurate list of deliveries with an up to date priority list.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Minimum one-year experience using these software programs (AutoCAD, Vault, Revit)
2. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
3. Proficient in soft skills that are necessary to be an effective in role.
4. Negotiation skills and experience.
5. Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects.
6. Ability to make presentations (internal and external).
7. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
8. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
9. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Desired Characteristics:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience in any of the following programs (Inventor, Creo, Photoshop)
3. Strong Mechanical or Electrical background
4. Experience producing site specific GEHC installation drawings
5. PMI certification.
6. Change management experience.
7. Results driven.
8. Problem resolution skills and creativity in solution development.
