We are seeking a well-rounded Site Reliability Engineer to work with a team of architects and other infrastructure engineers in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure. In addition, this role will work on scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in either of the following areas:
  • Linux server environment.
  • Programming and debugging proficiency with Python.
  • Infrastructure automation tooling (Ansible, Jenkins).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Datacenter Cloud HW and infrastructure.
• Experience development practices like Scrum and Agile coding standards.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
