Site Operations Super User for a global manufacturing accounting project is a role that directly contributes to the key objective of improving and standardising the end-to-end manufacturing processes, delivering more granular level of details to enable better decision making.

This role is the site (in-country) manufacturing/operations super user, the primary function includes being the focal point between the local site and regional deployment team.

To be successful candidates will need to have experience in pharma industry, great attention to details, work in highly organised & structured manner, good working knowledge of SAP & BI, good influencing capabilities, change management capability and ability to lead a team.

Typical Accountabilities

The role will:

  • Be the in country (site) manufacturing/operations super user
  • Acting as the focal point between the local site and regional deployment team
  • With manufacturing expertise and in-depth knowledge in:
    • production processes, in particular the rationale and justifications for these
    • master data definitions and standards, in particular the production recipes, BOMs, routings, cost component structure and cost centre structure
    • local standard product costing
    • knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and quality control, including its impacts
    • providing local management with required info for manufacturing decision making
  • Responsible for validating and signing off:
    • process design, ensuring they fit all local requirements, including all known local exceptions
    • systems design and configurations, ensuring they fit all local requirements, including all known local exceptions
    • reporting design, ensuring they fit all local requirements, including all known local exceptions
    • data design, ensuring they fit all local requirements, including all known local exceptions
  • Responsible for providing the Local Data Coordinator with inputs on data cleansing and data migration activities for the following object:
    • production recipes
    • Bill of Materials
    • Routings
    • Cost component structure
    • Cost centre structure
  • Capture and document local exceptions and their rationale
  • Partake in UAT testing phase
  • Partake in end-user training and contribute towards the training material preparations, in particular for the localised processes and exceptions
  • Act as the SPOC and first line support for local site during Hypercare support phase

Your essential qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP Finance & Product costing modules.

  • Proven track record and experience of global technology implementations (SAP & BI)

  • Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries

  • Oral and written fluency in Business English

Your desierable qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Broad process experience (development, management and application of)
  • Significant work experience in finance and operations function
  • Specific Expert knowledge in specialist process area
  • Experience of operating in a manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
