As a Site Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising the customer or the construction party to complete the installation & commissioning of medium voltage power products at the customer site, to ensure the equipment launching on schedule, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will perform repair, maintenance and retrofitting on whole life circle.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing safety policy on customer site to ensure the safety of yourself and other field staff
• Managing the site to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring operation quality and improving service efficiency
• Maintaining long-term relationship with customers, identifying and recommending service requirements within the life cycle to customers, and promoting the service business

Your background

• 3-5 years working experience in service, technology, quality, and other related fields in electrical industry
• Experience on Modbus /IEC61850/IEC104 communication protocol, and Ethernet communication technology is preferred
• Sound knowledge on power system, relay protection and electrical automation
• College degree or above in Power system or Mechatronic
• Must be comfortable with flexible working hours and frequent travelling
