Job Description
- To offer on-site technical service & installation and maintenance training the customers.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues regard to material, application or installation in jobsite.
- Can work under pressure and trip frequently in domestic or abroad jobsite.
- Maintenance and service of the production plant, the auxiliary equipment and the building.
- Periodical overhaul and necessary adjustments on the production equipment.
- Maintaining a tight information exchange with the central service department at the BTS. Responsible for set up, functional checks and electrical testing using appropriate test equipment.
- Applies proper data acquisition and test equipment to obtain and document test results. Verifies that data and test results are accurate.
- Conducts assigned testing using laboratory equipment and performs tests and experiments in line with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Conduct all testing and experiments in line with company safety and occupational health procedures and related government regulations.
- Works individually and as a team to develop and implement quality improvements in an effort to instill quality at the source concepts; uses experience and judgment for planning and accomplishing goals.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Required Skills
- Ability to use multi-meter, digital calipers, calculator and tape measure.
- Experiences regard to industrial heater or panel.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as electrical drawings, blueprints, work orders, diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Three-year relevant experience in customer service and inspection techniques and principles of electrical circuits. JDE systems experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Engilish.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- With electrician certificate will be preferred
