Responsibilities:

1. 检查现场项目，提供技术服务并做中英文报告

Inspecting project on site, providing technical service to customers and making reports in both Chinese and English.

2. 回应客户投诉;评估和解决客户的问题

Responding to customer complaints, evaluating and resolving problems of the customer.

3. 维护与客户的关系

Maintaining relations with customers.

4. 向管理层报告客户的常见投诉, 以解决此问题, 供今后参考

Reporting common complaints of customers to management in order to address the situation for future reference.

5. 通过演示将我们产品安装的专业知识传递给客户, 然后与现场工程师共同指导培训客户安装人员根据我们的安装指南进行准确安装

Transferring the know-how of our product installation to our clients by hands on demonstration and then doing it together with onsite engineers. Ultimately coach clients crew, that they able to perform the liner installation by themselves in accordance to our installation guide.

6. 负责支持所有项目并确保项目正确完成

Supporting all construction projects and for making sure those projects are completed correctly.

7. 跟总部技术工程师进行技术交流，把总部工程师的经验运用到国内项目施工现场

Communicating with technical engineers at Headquarters to apply the experience of Headquarter engineers to domestic project construction site.

8. 达到国际化的技术水平并能够出差国外，帮助国外客户进行施工

Reaching the international technical level and be able to travel abroad to help foreign customers carry out construction.

Requirements:

1. 大专及以上学历，工科类专业，英语四级以上

College degree or above, major in engineering, CET-4 or above

2. 具有吃苦耐劳精神以及敬业精神，勇于挑战各种艰苦的现场施工环境

Spirit of diligent, hard-working, and willing to challenge all kinds of tough working conditions

3. 良好的口语及书面英语能力，可以和外国人直接沟通并能看懂技术文件

Good English in both written and oral, can directly communicate with foreigners and read technical documents

4. 乐于学习并能适应高强度出差

Willing to study and can accept frequent travelling

5. 至少3年以上在外资企业从事售后工作经验，熟悉电气系统、电路维修及从事过水处理或管道行业优先考虑

At least 3 years of after sales service experience in foreign enterprise, familiar with electrical equipment operation and maintenance or engaged in water system or pipeline industry will be preferred
