Position Summary:
This position is part of the centralized Artwork Single Touch Team within the Global Product Stewardship supporting regional business unit. The candidate will handle regulatory inputs and approvals of artworks across Asia working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Address and resolve regulatory matters with stakeholders such as artwork copy experts and artwork planners
• Contribute towards organizational and quality excellence; enhance efficiency of work processes, identify and resolve quality incidents
• Execute category specific processes with excellence to ensure artworks are regulatory compliant; on-time, correct inputs and approvals of artworks and resolution of issues
• Mastery of regulatory knowledge in multiple product categories across Asia
• Mastery of regulatory processes and systems relevant to the Artwork Single Touch Team
• Escalate operational issues and quality incidents to Team Leader

Qualifications and Criteria

• Possess a Diploma
• Able to work independently, multitask and perform in a dynamic environment and meeting specific tight timelines
• Detail oriented, meticulous and systematic
• Effective business communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
• Strong team player and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under time pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel and Word); willingness to learn new software tools
