Job Description:

• Monitor, control and supervise the overall project and ensure each process and mile-stone are met in terms of time, set budget and quality.
• Supervise overall site activities, works progress, quality control, and site safety.
• Work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the project objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Handle site documents including daily record, photo record etc. and assist to maintain proper documentation at site
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and the logistics and ensure the work progress meet schedule

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant academic qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years site experience in interior fitting-out or construction project
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and workflows, and meet deadlines
• Hard-working, self-motivated, good team player positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle project independently with minimum supervision
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Supervisor post
