Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To):
1. Clearly and accurately instructing assigned levels of skiing or snowboarding to members, both physically and verbally.
2. Ensuring that members are matched to appropriate skier/snowboarding skill level and working with supervisors/managers to make appropriate changes when necessary.
3. Provide a safe and fun learning environment through exceptional class handling and creativity using our teaching handbook as a guide.
4. Assisting in operational responsibilities of Ski & Snowboard programs including but not limited to registration process, directing members to appropriate equipment fitting source or lesson meeting place, upkeep of teaching areas and cleanliness of facilities.
5. Must be able to discuss the lesson content and evaluate the progress of the lesson with the members.
6. Must have high level of guest service skills and experience.
7. Communicating instructions and helping members to their feet during a lesson.
8. Arrive to work on time prepared for all duties within job description.
9. Able to work cooperatively with staff and other departments to ensure safety, security and enjoyment of our members.
10. Supervising children in class at all times; ensuring return of children to identified guardian.

Requirements
1. High school diploma
2. Fluency in English, good oral Mandarin/Chinese will be a plus
3. Strong intermediate skier or snowboarder.
4. Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to groups and individuals as assigned
5. Must work well in a team
6. Must be available to work holidays and weekends
