As a SkillSphere Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for: • Customer relationship management • Managing system setup process • Project Management including creating documentation, action plans, tracking action items and leading them through to completion by collaborating with appropriate team members • Developing comprehensive business plans for new and innovative health care models • Designing product sales strategies to meet Skillsphere’s goals for customer acquisition • Collaborating with marketing leads to create marketing collateral in support of product sales • Partnering with sales teams in international markets to support their needs in achieving global sales of the Skillsphere solutions • Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Identifying departmental improvement opportunities This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers • Structured Problem Solving; Applying the Scientific Method to a broad range of problems • Strong critical thinking skills • Strong presentation and communication skills • Strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) This Internship will enhance your education and career related experience in the following areas: • Experience in identifying problems, implementing continuous improvement actions, and measuring impact • Work directly in a Global Healthcare company • Exposure to continuous feedback environment • Exposure to broad areas of business • Practical application of Lean, DMAIC, and other problem-solving tools • Practical application of critical skills related to business planning, finance, and strategy development • Enhanced communication skills in matrix style organization Required skills to have for the success of this role • Currently enrolled in a graduate program with a business focus (MBA, MHA) • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher • Must be willing to work in a fully virtual environment if necessary and be comfortable working onsite while following company-mandated COVID-19 protocols if needed • Proficient in MS Office 365 • Preferably located in Malvern, PA, Richmond, VA, or Cary, NC Start Date: January 2022 Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
